Rental Property Owner
I’ve been working with Autumn and Porchlight Collective for over a year now. During my search, I met with other property management companies that had a portfolio of hundreds of properties, expecting me to hand over my keys with very little communication and allowing for prospects to tour without an agent present. In addition, their rules favored the company more than they favored the owner. During my search, someone recommended Autumn. As soon as we had our first call, I knew we’d be a match. I was looking for a high-touch, communicative, and collaborative approach, as I have every intention of returning to my home in a few years. I needed someone who understood that I wanted to upkeep my home in the way I would if I still lived there. Autumn and her team provides that for me. After our phone call, we had a face-to-face meeting where she went over all of the details of the process and was very transparent about everything. In the time Autumn has been our property manager, we have received timely communications and clear directions. If an issue with our property is ever reported, it’s handled in a time efficient manner and everything is communicated up front.
